Solution Overview

iSwarm Salesforce Connector integrates all the data from iSwarm, a standalone service, to Salesforce Health Cloud. This helps users to identify new leads, thus increasing the overall influx for Salesforce Health Cloud users. Synced daily, admins have the option to receive data based on a customizable timeframe so that all of the most recent and relevant information can be retrieved. Error logs of each transaction/API call are maintained under the iSwarm Log so that there is a track record for each execution.

We use iSwarm Salesforce Connector to integrate iSwarm data into our Salesforce Health Cloud. By syncing the two systems daily, we receive information based on a customized timeframe. This makes it easy for us to identify new leads - increasing conversions from potential customers using Salesforce Health Cloud.

It has been an amazing addition to my toolset. Prior to using iSwarm Salesforce Connector, I was struggling to keep track of all of the data in iSwarm and connect it to my Salesforce Health Cloud account. Now, with the connector, all of that information is seamlessly integrated and I can easily see new leads that I wouldn't have otherwise known about. The biggest pro for me is the time it has saved me - I used to spend hours manually transferring data over, and now it's all taken care of without me having to lift a finger.
