Can I use Bingo in my commercial product?
Posted on November 12, 2020 by Dana Hayes
Bingo version 1.0.0 was released under GNU General Public License v3.0
Bingo version 1.9.0 was re-licensed under Apache License, Version 2.
The Apache License v2.0 allows Bingo to be used as a component in proprietary software products. If the Apache License v2.0 does not fit your needs, please contact us to discuss the purchase of a commercial license.
If you need support licensing for the products, or there are any additional features required, EPAM can provide a standard support contract. Price depends on the support requirements and will be defined within an SOW document.

I'd like to try Bingo, how can I install and test it?
Posted on November 1, 2020 by Marion Garner
To begin, review technical characteristics, such as the list of the supported platforms: Windows/Linux/Mac; 32-bit and 64-bit. There is also a list of the supported database systems: Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and NoSql(LuceneSOLR, Sinequa). Having said that, there were no problems with large databases like PubChem (> 40M entries). If it meets the requirements, please fill the Request Solution form and our specialist will send you detailed instructions on how to install and set up Bingo.
