  1. For the existing SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0 customers, we provide the redesign and reimplementation of SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0 to SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0, aiming to maintain current business processes as much as possible while leveraging the benefits of the new solution.

  2. For prospective SAP SuccessFactors clients, the package includes the greenfield implementation of the SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding solution, available in multiple scenarios considering such factors as the number and complexity of business processes, languages, forms, notification emails, custom objects, and more.

Yes. You can implement SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding as a standalone solution with some limitations for cross-boarding and offboarding processes. Additionally, you can integrate your external Applicant Tracking System and/or external Human Resource Information System with SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding using OData APIs. Please note that such implementation is not covered by this offering and requires additional evaluation.
