I created Rule on the Account Object. Rule is not getting triggered at all. There is no trigger on the Account Object. Do I need to go and manually code a trigger for this?

A user needs to add the trigger wherever the rules are added. The details are shared in the installation guide in the Configuration Set Up section.
I have configured the rules on specific object and created a record for the same, but rules not executed and there is no difference.

I installed the app and followed the – Installation Guide & User Guide. I still couldn’t figure out how it actually works. If there is any further resource—I can refer to get detailed documentation of this app.

With package installation, you will get sample rules configured on the sample object which is having sample record and trigger. You just need to update the value in the record and see the difference in calculated fields on the same record.
