Enhanced Audit Tracking
Solution Overview

Customer problem
- Salesforce out of box audit tracking capabilities have a limit of 20 fields per object
- Field history data is retained for up to 18 months through the org, and up to 24 months via the API only
- Changes to fields with more than 255 characters are tracked as edited, and their old and new values aren’t recorded
- Changes to time fields aren’t tracked in the field history related list
- Field audit tracking is disabled for such fields as long text, text area etc.
Since OOTB Salesforce audit tracking capabilities have restrictions, Admins can't check historical changes and identify who did them, analyze data, make proper reporting, forecast future events, etc.
EPAM Solution
With Enhanced Audit Tracking one no longer needs to worry about data history gaps. EPAM has developed a dedicated AppExchange package to keep track of changes for complex data types including Text area, Multi-select picklist fields, Created By and Last Modified By, Expected Revenue field on opportunities that are not part of standard Salesforce audit tracking rules. The solution:
- Helps to choose the time frame for storing the data, identifies when the history data can be deleted
- Allows building reports based on the available details
- Enables configuration of the fields which need to be tracked
- Makes audit tracking available both for standard and custom objects
- Provides the possibility to easily enable tracking using the mapping builder

When we install EAT or for that matter any AppExchange application in our org, we either select “Install for Admins Only” or “Install for All Users”. I believe, this user must have installed using the 1st option i.e., “Install for Admins Only”.
Could you please ask the user to reinstall the EAT app selecting the latter option “Install for All Users” and this should do the trick.
I have installed your solution, “Enhanced Audit Tracking”, into my client's org for my implementation. However, the setup instructions are not easy to follow, and the solution is not working. Is there anyone that can help me?
