EPAM’s Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) Vendor Selection Service helps you to decide objectively which solution fits your needs the best, taking into account both the products functional and non-functional requirements with results being enriched by experience gathered through EPAM’s numerous project deliveries.

The service consists of a validation and an assessment phase, the latter containing several modules.

The validation phase focuses on discovery on the product portfolio, the user scenarios and the critical integrations as well as non-functional requirements, including constraints.

During the assessment phase together with the client we define a prioritized featureset and a shortlist of possible vendor solutions. The shortlist (after reviewed) is scored against the features and enriched with EPAM’s industry experience ratings, essentially leading to a detailed scoring.

Optionally can be extended with a project planning module, a UX design module or a POC development module for the selected shortlisted solutions.

Final recommendation is reviewed and presented to client along with detailed ratings and comments for each evaluation dimension.

Results represent an independent and objective view – EPAM is not contracted with any of the assessed technology vendors to favour their solution.
