I've found Testing as a Service to be an extremely valuable way for executing manual test cases and writing test automation scripts. We can change the capacity depending on our needs and pay only for what we use. It's been very helpful in managing project costs. The testing manager has been extremely helpful and always available to answer any questions we have.
