Syndicate Education Platform is a new way to grow and enhance IT technical skills through practical experience. The platform enables access to high quality theoretical knowledge and a wide range of tasks, designed to build solid, consolidated knowledge and skills in creating modern solutions. Each task reflects real-life production needs and typical challenges, preparing students to handle requests they will encounter on live projects every day.
The platform offers both self-paced and guided courses supported by certified AWS instructors, and is empowered by over 15 years of EPAM’s experience in Cloud-focused education.
Additionally, Angry EdA, a specially crafted AI agent, is available to guide students through tasks, review their results, highlight knowledge gaps, and answer questions on the go.
The platform has been used in EPAM since 2024, to reskill and upskill students of different profiles, including Java, .Net developers, DevOps, QA engineers, and business analysts. It proved to be effective for people with different skill levels – from beginners to architects.
