Customer problem
The majority of modern enterprises rely on hybrid and multi-cloud infrastructures, taking the best of the services offered by public cloud providers and private cloud platform vendors.
Meanwhile, having a complex distributed infrastructure also means making an extra effort for effective management, organization, and control over the resources, cloud spend, and security compliance.
The necessity to set up cooperation between management, financial, and technical teams also puts the enterprise cloud management task to a new level of complexity.

Why do we need Maestro if the public providers offer own solutions for cloud management?
Posted on March 18, 2023 by Tom B.
According to numerous reviews and reports, the number of businesses hosting their infrastructures in Cloud is growing dramatically. In this respect, multi-cloud and hybrid infrastructures are the main trend, with up to 85% of enterprises using 2 or more clouds.
Separated management of the distributed infrastructures takes extra effort and increases the risk of a human error. Maestro provides a unified centralized access to public and private infrastructures, giving better control and transparency to multi cloud and hybrid cloud infrastructures.

Does Maestro allow working with new services offered by providers, or it is a standard CMS for virtual instances?
Posted on March 5, 2023 by Jerry Wayne
Modern providers keep to the API-first concept, which means that any of their services can be controlled via API.
To resolve similar tasks, the providers offer similar APIs – for example, to work with budgets, security alerts or recommendations.
Maestro analytics team tracks the changes in public clouds APIs, and when such similarities are detected, considers implementing functionality for unified working across all supported clouds.
At the moment, public providers offer lots of mature APIs, which allow to work with all types of resources. Thus, Maestro can be effective not only for virtual instances, but also with other types of resources.
