A leading insurance payment provider engaged EPAM to accelerate a large-scale migration program using AI. Main task was to move 100 customers from individual single-tenant instances to a modern multi-tenant solution. Years of siloed development and custom features created challenges in identifying discrepancies, with poorly documented functionality risking reputational damage and delays.

Solution

EPAM deployed AI/Run's CodeMie, integrating it with Azure OpenAI Services, Git repositories and Confluence documentation. CodeMie’s AI Agentic Workflow conducted many-to-many contextual code comparisons, identifying discrepancies even across inconsistent implementations. Detailed reports formed the foundation for migration planning.

Outcome

Results were substantial: migration analysis costs per instance dropped from $75K to $550, timelines shrank from 3–5 months to 20 hours and $7.45M in savings were achieved, streamlining the path to a modern platform.

A major multi-brand retailer partnered with EPAM to implement a large-scale GenAI adoption program to enhance productivity and accelerate value delivery across 120 mixed squads.
