The PTMS service acts as a performance risks mitigation tool, essential for preparing for events like Black Friday, validating the success of migration to a new technological stack, product launches, or any event where system performance and reliability are crucial.

Basic Performance Package: Backend Testing Focus

The service begins with obtaining performance expectations and a demo of user scenarios. As a result of the knowledge acquired, the team will create or update a requirements document, including user scenarios, load distribution, load profiles, test types, test data requirements, and scope of testing. This document is subject to approval from the service requestor. This is a one-time effort before scripting and test execution activities. Once approved, test scenarios scripting and performance test execution are conducted with weekly status reporting on status and performance findings.
